Basic Support

Basic support is included with your purchase of GlobalRisk at no additional charge. Basic support service includes the following for each individual license:

  1. Up to ten hours of end user training.
  2. Up to ten hours of phone/email support per month.
  3. Available during normal business hours from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Central Time.
Extra Support

Extra support is available on an hourly basis to supplement Basic support if necessary. Extra support service includes the following for each license:

  1. Unlimited end user training.
  2. Unlimited phone/email support.
  3. Phone/email support, via pager, outside of normal business hours.
Enhanced Support

Enhanced support is a 24 hour a day, 7 day per week service. Enhanced support service includes the following for each individual license:

  1. Higher priority than Basic or Extra support service on all support calls.
  2. 15 Minute response time, via electronic pager, outside of normal business hours.
  3. Unlimited end user training.
  4. Unlimited phone/email support.
