Basic Support

Basic support is included with your purchase of FirmRisk or OptionsTrader at no additional charge. Basic support service for each individual license includes:

  • Up to ten hours of end user training
  • Up to ten hours of phone and email support per month
  • Access to support during normal business hours: 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST


Enhanced Support

Enhanced support is available to supplement Basic support if you or your firm requires more extensive user training and technical assistance via phone or email. Your Enhanced Support plan for each license includes:

  • Extended end user training
  • Extended phone and email support
  • Phone and email support
  • Extended support hours
